My injury was pretty significant and they helped guide me through the appropriate steps to fully regain my strength and sensation that was diminished after surgery. They offer individualized care and are all very knowledgeable. From my time there it is evident that they are comfortable treating people of all ages and abilities. “I have been to a few therapy clinics in my later years and I have not enjoyed them. I feel as though the therapy has been much more effective as compared to other treatments that I've had. I came to JointPro using my walker and now I need only my cane. The entire staff has been excellent. I've had a great experience thank you everyone.”

“My daughter goes to Joint Pro for post-op therapy with a diagnosis of hip dysplasia. The therapists and staff are knowledgeable.”
“My 7-year-old daughter is going to Joint Pro for her post-op physical therapy with a diagnosis of hip dysplasia. THIS is the place for her to go 3 x a week for therapy. The mature environment, knowledgeable therapist, and friendly staff makes the not-so-good days for her manageable. I am so thankful for Joint Pro and based off my previous experience, know this is the perfect fit for my daughter. They work her hard, and the work has paid off. I would highly recommend Joint Pro to anyone because they never under estimate her abilities and they always keep her smiling!”

“I had a total reverse shoulder replacement in Jan. 2017. I started therapy at the JointPro New Lenox location right away. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Michelle is great with answering questions not only about the shoulder therapy but some other joint issues as well. She and Amanda were also helpful in providing exercises I could do at home. They don't attempt to push beyond the individual's ability to perform certain movements. It's a very pleasant atmosphere where individual attention is always given. I'm sure I'll be back after my next injury.”

“A friend recommended Joint Pro in Frankfort and I am so happy that we went with the recommendation. I tore my rotator cuff and had surgery. I was not supposed to move for a long time to allow for healing. I was a mess when I had to start therapy. All of the staff were involved with my therapy, but I would like to thank Carrie for her attention to me and my progress. She and all the staff made you feel welcome. They all monitored my progress and encouraged me to work at this at home and after my time with them. This is the place for physical therapy.”

“After major shoulder surgery, I found JointPro, the top-notch physical therapy clinic in Chicago. Josh and his team are amazing, clean facility too!”
“I had major shoulder surgery and did a lot of research for a top notch physical therapist on the south side of Chicago. JointPro became the place after interviewing over 5 different places. I was treated by Josh who has incredible credentials for his educational background in physical therapy. There are also four other licensed physical therapist at this location working with him to help you that do a wonderful job to help you. If you researching and understand how important physical therapy is for your recovery and don't want to be be treated like a number like I saw at some places that ATI and others than JointPro is for you. I work in healthcare and when I mention this place every Orthopedic knows Josh and his team. Also one last thing if you go to this place it is totally kept clean thanks to Joe. You will never have to worry about tripping over something you used or laying down on a unsanitary bench for your therapy. I could keep telling you all my positives on this place but unfortunately I can't find any negatives. Plus I have to mention the front desk on going 100 percent on making every appointment work with your schedule.”

“Since 2015, I have been prescribed Physical Therapy for pain and/or back and hip issues three different times. Each time, I chose to go to Joint Pro. My experiences there have been positive and encouraging. The staff is friendly, yet maintains a professional approach to therapy. One is expected to work hard, yet there is always a staff member there to instruct, guide, correct, and encourage. I would not hesitate to recommend Joint Pro to friends and family alike; it is an excellent therapeutic facility.”

“I shattered my ankle, lost muscle mass, and strength. JointPro rebuilt my strength, helped me walk again. Great team, support, and guidance.”
“I cannot say enough good things about JointPro. I shattered my ankle and spent nearly 3 months off of my feet following surgery to implant a titanium plate. Needless to say, I lost nearly all of the muscle mass in that leg, and a tremendous amount of strength from my hip down to my foot. As a result, I spent nearly a year in Physical Therapy rebuilding my strength and learning the mechanics of walking all over again. I had never gone for Physical Therapy before, so I chose Joint Pro based on their close proximity to my home. I am so glad I picked them. From the moment I made my first appointment until my very last day there (nearly one year later), I never regretted my decision. I was evaluated by Josh, and my daily therapy was handled mainly by Colleen or Angie, or occasionally Carrie. I cannot say enough good things about all of them. They were assertive enough to make me push myself, but gentle enough to keep me within my pain tolerance threshold. With each week I would see and feel the difference that their therapy was making on my ability to walk, and they celebrated each milestone with me as I was able to graduate from crutches to cane to unassisted hobbling to normal walking. During each therapy session, I was always greeted by a friendly face at the reception counter. Angie & Sue at the front desk were always quick to answer any questions I had about billing or insurance, and it was a pleasure to deal with them for scheduling appointments. Another indispensable member of the Joint Pro team is Joe, who was quick and efficient handling heat/ice packs, electrical stim and an endless supply of great conversation while I would sit trapped under an ice pack at the end of each session!! With their help, I was able to complete a 5k (walking) on the 1 year anniversary of my break. I will always be grateful to them for their patience and guidance during one of the most difficult years of my life.”

“i have had a lot of experience with physical therapy centers and hospitals: [1] elbow injury from being tripped during a basketball game [2] rotar cuff surgery, [3] balance [4] minuscus tear rt. knee, [5] tendenitis,[6] disk fracture in the back due to a fall, and [7] for being in a hospital bed for 6 weeks (blood clots) 3 of which were in an induced coma; different hospitals spanning over several decades. the most recent was #7; therapy provided by jointpro in new lenox, il. i had a fall that resulted in a hairline fracture in the lower portion of my spine. at my age [70] it would take 12-14 weeks to heal -three sessions per week and the fracture is now fully healed. this was a great experience, excellent staff, well-trained and professional, attentive, and fun/intresting to talk to during the sessions. good staff, good experience, highly recommended. not knocking the other facilities, but jointpro is the place i would go to, should i ever require pt again. rich b`ham”

Josh and his team created a plan and kept me focused on one step at a time. It is frustrating going from being active and not thinking about using your arm everyday to being locked in a brace and relearning all the basics....they do more than physical therapy at Joint Pro. “I’m a repeat offender at JointPro. The first time I overdid it for a few months at a trendy new workout place and wound up with a bulging disc. The staff at JointPro was so helpful and thorough in helping me to recover. I was able to enjoy a Disney vacation with my family just a couple weeks after therapy ended. (Don’t worry guys, I did my exercises while waiting in line.) Second time was a rotator cuff injury. Always enjoyable to go there, the atmosphere is very nice and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and get to know you. I am almost sad to stop going.”

“I couldn't recommend this place more highly- if I could give it six stars I would do so. I had rotator cuff surgery at the end of September and by mid-January they had me back to 100%! Every person who worked with me- Josh, Angie, and Joe- did an awesome job. They pushed me but they listened to me, too, so i always felt comfortable. It's a friendly atmosphere, too, which is really important when you're grinding through the pain of rehab. I would recommend to anyone going through rehab!”

Amanda and the rest of the team are great as well. I worked with almost everyone that works at this location. Never rushed and always avaliable to work with you. “After breaking my foot and ankle, and dealing with painful sciatica, I decided to try physical therapy and went to JointPro in Frankfort for 8 weeks. I am very glad I did. Everyone on the staff is very professional and friendly and immediately makes you feel at ease. I worked with Shannon and mostly Colleen, both of whom are very obviously dedicated to their patients. Colleen was very helpful in describing not only how to do the exercises, but also why, with tips on what to do, and not do, to keep the sciatica in check. Everytime I entered the office I was warmly greeted by Angie. Angie's positive attitude is infectious. Dr. Mike and Amanda always asked me how I was doing that day. Of course they were trying to gauge my progress, but I always felt that they were genuinely concerned about my well being as well. Both professionals worked with me to change my therapy based on my progress. I never felt that I was just "going through the motions ," instead, I was constantly challenged (in a good way) to help improve flexibility, mobility and strength. When I called JointPro New Lenox, told them the issues I was having with my back and elbow, they brought in for a consultation. They explained how everything worked and set me up with a course of action. Within a few weeks, I was feeling great and I was armed with the info I needed to maintain a healthy posture and avoid back problems with the exercises they put on their website for me to reference. The office is run quite smooth and professionally. One joint had fused on its own during my surgeries already, and another, I thought my big toe had fused to my foot - totally immobile. Moreover, my limp could be seen from blocks away. “After a very painful episode of epicondylitis (tennis elbow) I was sidelined from exercising the way I was used to for a long time. “I have been here twice for physical therapy (for two separate injuries), and both experiences were fantastic. As someone who has had to do physical therapy multiple times in their life, I can safely say JointPro in New Lenox is the best experience I have had with any PT. Despite two years between my injuries, both experiences were positive. This sort of consistency should be important to anyone who has to go through rehabilitation; finding people who truly care about your well-being in any facet of medical treatment is critical, and I can safely say the staff cares about every person that walks through their doors. Physical Therapy is never something someone wants to go through, but the staff at this location made the entire experience much more welcoming and much less daunting. The genuine kindness and support they provided helped me work through the physical discomfort and pain I was suffering from, and I looked forward to my visits as I enjoyed talking to the staff.
